Our Tulip (G. Angelique) blooms in Hoenderloo

We combined a family holiday with our first experience of showing on the continent.
The Dutch Large Munsterlander Club Championship Show held on 25th June at Hoenderloo
drew an entry of 64 dogs with exhibitors from Holland, Belgium, Germany.

Dixon was entered in the Champions class and though he came 2nd
was graded Excellent & was closely considered for the Reserve Best Dog.

However, Nina was entered in the open class which was made up of 19 nineteen bitches
of which 5, including Nina were graded Excellent. After being placed first
the judge Dhr D. Rutten from Holland then awarded her the CAC, creating a record
for the first ever British bred LM to be awarded this accolade.
In the challenge for Best of Breed she beat her sire Int Ch Kalle v d Stommeerpolder
to take Best In Show at the tender age of 21 months.
